If you want the convenience of an H&K VP40 paddle holster, but still want the full function of a regular OWB, that is exactly what the Cloak Mod is designed to do. This holster is designed to overcome the limitations of the typical paddle holster. However, it's also been crafted to give you so much more function than the typical OWB possibly could.

The paddle on this H&K VP40 OWB holster is contoured, so it carries comfortably if inserted into the waistband. The attachment is made from an ultra-durable polymer blend, so no worries about breakage need enter your mind. You'll also notice a retention lip. This is to give the holster more grab when inserted into the waistband for a secure carry.

Cant angle is adjustable, so you can get the carry position you want. It can be set 15 degrees to the positive or negative, or kept in the middle for a straight drop.

You'll notice the retention bump on the thermoelastomer surface material inside the holster. This helps hold the trigger guard when your pistol is inserted. You'll also feel the spring steel flex plate "click" as your pistol is seated fully, increasing the passive retention. Passive retention is also adjustable for the perfect draw or hold.

However, the features don't end there. You can swap the paddle attachment for a belt slide attachment if so desired, and we include your choice of a rigid or soft belt attachment with your holster.
