Do you offer international orders?

We are currently accepting international Alien Gear Holster orders to certain countries around the world. To help determine if we are able to ship to you please contact our International sales team via intl@tedderindustries.com Please be aware our site currently is unable to process international credit cards. Instead, international orders must be paid using PayPal.

What international shipping providers do you offer?

We offer shipping through DHL Express, one of the best international shipping companies on the planet! Although their services are slightly more expensive, we expedite your order and, in most cases, it ships within 24 hours of payment (with the exception of the ShapeShift Starter Kit due to extended lead times). DHL is proud to offer a 2-3 day ship time.
We also provide shipping via USPS, however, we are unable to guarantee tracking or a delivery time frame with this shipping provider.

I chose the USPS shipping option, and I have been waiting a while for my order. My shipping status states that my order is “In Transit.” What does that mean?

“In Transit” could mean a number of things. Your order may be taking longer than expected to reach its destination due to the shipping process itself. Depending on your location, USPS utilizes cargo ships and lead times may vary depending on many factors. Your order may also be on the customs floor waiting to be processed and scanned.

What does it cost to ship internationally?

Shipping varies depending on the size of your order and your location. There may also be customs fees or duty fees not related to Alien Gear Holsters. You will be responsible to pay any additional charges prior to receiving your package.

Can my order be ‘Gifted’?

We are required by law to declare full value (purchase price) of the product on any waybills or customs documentation. We cannot declare a lower value on your package than the purchase price that you paid.

How do I swap my holster shell?

We are proud to shell trades to our international customers. Due to shipping costs, we do not require you to send us your old holster shell in exchange for a new one. Instead, we just ask that you cover the cost of shipping the new shell. For more information, please send an email to intl@tedderindustries.com
Please note: Due to the advanced nature of our latest holster, this free shell trades offer is not available for the ShapeShift Modular Holster System.

Do you still offer the 30-Day Test Drive?

Yes, and just like our domestic customers, your order needs to be sent back to us. We will refund the purchase price, minus the shipping cost.

I have been sent the wrong items! What happens now?
