Do you offer international orders?

We are currently accepting international holster orders to certain countries around the world. To help determine if we are able to ship to you, please contact our International sales team via Please be aware our site is currently unable to process international credit cards. International orders must be paid using PayPal.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes! We are currently offering international shipping via DHL Express. We have looked into other carriers that are cheaper, but none of them offer order tracking and arrival estimation like DHL Express.

I chose USPS, and I have been waiting a while. What does “In Transit” mean with tracking?

“In Transit” could mean many things. It could mean that it is on a boat and taking a while to reach its destination. It could also mean that it is sitting on the customs floor waiting to be processed, and has not been scanned yet.

What does it cost to ship internationally?

Shipping varies on size and location. There may be customs fees or duties not related to Alien Gear Holsters. These are charges that you will be responsible to pay before you are able to acquire your package.

Can my order be ‘Gifted’?

We are required by law to declare full value (purchase price) of the product on any waybills or customs documentation. We cannot declare a lower value on your package than the purchase price that you paid.

How do I do a Shell Swap? (not available for Shapeshift Modular Holster System)

We do offer international holster shell swaps. However, due to shipping costs, we would not require you to send us your shell. Please contact us, and we will do a shell swap for just the cost of shipping.

Do you still offer the 30-Day Test Drive?

Yes, and just like our domestic customers, your order will need to be sent back to us. We will refund the purchase price minus shipping.
