The ShapeShift Springfield XD Mod2 Shoulder Holster is a new standard in shoulder carry. This shoulder holster design has been painstakingly developed to deliver a more comfortable carry, with more customizability and features than any other shoulder holster on the market.
The straps of this shoulder holster for XD Mod2 4" pistols are padded for comfort, ensuring a comfortable carry, as are the magazine carrier and holster base pads. The included belt hooks help to distribute weight a little more, also ensuring comfort.
The leather strapping has a roughout side for additional comfort. You have the choice of black or brown leather...or get one of each and accessorize!
The holster is custom-molded for the XD Mod2 4". It is only compatible, however, with the 9mm and .40 S&W versions of the pistol. The .45 ACP model is currently not compatible. Passive retention is fully adjustable, and a removable thumb break is included should you want to carry with active retention. The ShapeShift shell fully wraps the trigger guard for extra security as well.
Most shoulder holsters either come as one-size-fits-all or require tailoring to fit properly. This XD Mod2 leather shoulder holster has inches of adjustability built in, so you can dial in the fit exactly how you need it.
Cant angle and ride height for the holster and magazine carriers can be adjusted as well. You can take the pistol up high and tight, or reconfigure it to carry as an XD Mod2 vertical shoulder holster.
