How can a holster do both?

An OWB holster is easier to conceal if it rides high on the belt. This way, the gun doesn't extend too far down to be effectively concealed. Otherwise, you get a holster drooping below a shirt or you have to wear a jacket throughout the whole year, which isn't very practical.

A Shield 380 EZ OWB holster must also ride close to the body, or else it will produce a tell-tale bulge, giving away that the wearer is carrying a gun and defeating the purpose.

This Shield 380 EZ OWB has belt clips just ahead of the trigger guard and on the sides of the holster. It therefore rides high on the belt but also close to the body, so it is easily concealed if desired, with a little bit of draping. Usually, an untucked shirt such as a polo or buttonup is all that's needed. Some people have been able to conceal with as little as an untucked t-shirt.
