Position Overview:

We’re looking for a results-driven Performance Manager to lead our strategy and campaigns. This role will spearhead both paid search and paid social. As a key member of our eCommerce team, you’ll be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing advertising campaigns across platforms like Google, Bing, Meta, and other digital channels. Your goal will be to maximize ROAS, drive qualified traffic, and achieve our sales and growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategize and execute the Paid Digital plan focusing on all stages of the marketing funnel.
  • Develop, implement, and manage paid search and paid social campaigns across multiple platforms (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Analyze performance data to optimize ad spend, targeting, and creative assets to ensure maximum ROAS.
  • Collaborate with the content and design teams to create compelling ad copy, and visuals..
  • Conduct A/B testing on all paid digital campaigns.
  • Perform regular market and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Set and track KPIs for all paid digital campaigns, providing regular performance reports with actionable insights.
  • Manage the paid advertising budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
  • Implement strategies to increase conversion rates and reduce customer acquisition costs.
  • Stay updated on platform algorithm changes and emerging advertising opportunities.
  • Work closely with the SEO and content teams to ensure alignment of paid and organic strategies.
  • Special projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience managing paid advertising campaigns, preferably in eCommerce.
  • Proficiency with advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.) and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager).
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Experience with remarketing, programmatic advertising, and video ads is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Shopify or other eCommerce platforms is an advantage.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to generate engaging ad concepts and campaigns.
