Why be confined to just one method of carry with a Sig P938 holster? The 938 is very easy to conceal, meaning that it can be easily concealed in nearly any position. However, the garden variety P938 holster - and indeed any holster - will only let you carry in one fashion. You'd have to get more than one in order to take advantage of this pistol's versatility.

But you don't anymore.

The Alien Gear ShapeShift holster system isn't merely a holster. It's a modular Sig P938 carry system, including both IWB, appendix and OWB configurations. Alter the configuration at will and carry as you want to, when you want to. The ShapeShift is switches from one carry mode to another without tools and in a matter of seconds.

It took us two years of design and development to create the ShapeShift. How it works is by using a system of retention shells that use a friction-locking rail to fit together. Once you've assembled the shells for the desired purpose, they lock together using a twist lock. Nothing breaks them apart once assembled. The ShapeShift Core Carry Pack includes one full Shift Shell and two trigger guards.

We also include two backing pads. The larger backing pad is for use as a Sig P938 IWB holster, in the familiar IWB hybrid holster shape. Just like our other IWB holsters, the belt clips are adjustable for ride height and cant. You may also notice that the backer materials are the same as those found on our award-winning Cloak Tuck 3.0 holster.

If you prefer appendix carry, you can deploy the smaller backer and the larger IWB clip for the best Sig P938 aiwb holster.

Some people prefer to conceal with an OWB holster, and the same backer for the appendix carry configuration can be used to create a high-riding belt slide holster by attaching the belt slide attachment. In this configuration, you get a Sig P938 OWB holster that rides high and tight, concealing easily under an untucked shirt or light outerwear.

However, you can also assemble the two half-shells for a full wraparound of our ultra-durable injection-molded polymer. Attach the paddle attachment and wear as a Sig P938 paddle holster for easy on/easy off OWB carry.

Adjustable retention is also a feature of the ShapeShift, including both active retention devices and passive retention. Included with the base kit are a series of retention bars, with install in the holster and provide light, medium or heavy passive resistance. If you prefer, the included active retention devices can be installed as well.
