Return and Exchange Policy
All of our holsters come with a 30-day Test Drive period. If you decide you would like to return or exchange your holster, this must be done within the first 30 days after receiving your holster. Before requesting a refund, please reach out to our Customer Service. After 30 days, your holster will remain covered by our Forever Warranty.
Please note: If you purchased your holster from a retailer other than the Alien Gear Holsters website and want to return it, please return it to the store you purchased it from within the first 30 days. Alien Gear Holsters Customer Service is unable to refund any money spent at a retail outlet.
How Do I Swap Out My Holster Shell?
The Cloak Series comes with the option for free shell trades for life. To swap out your Cloak Series holster shell, please click on the link below or contact our friendly customer service team at (208) 215-2046.
If you can't print the form above, send a hand-written note with the following information:
- Your Name
- Your Shipping Address
- Your e-mail address
- Your phone number
- Your Order Number (if you have it)
- Which shell you want to swap to

Shift Shell Exchange
Due to the advanced nature of the Shape Shift series shells, they do not take part in our lifetime shell exchange program that we offer for the Cloak Series. However, if you purchase additional Shift Shells for your ShapeShift you can use your existing ShapeShift holster system with the new shells.
