Great holster. Very reliable and one of the more comfortable carry solutions I have tried.
When I first bought the RFH, it came with a good mount. But, I needed something to make the duty belt more flush so this was the thing. And it works beautifully!
I haven't gotten a chance to pressure test the retention but it seems pretty solid. It does take a little getting used to coming from a safariland and then going back to safari land, but it's a solid holster either way.
Holster is exactly what I needed! Very very secure, tight fit for my Sig P365X with Holosun EPS Carry and Streamlight TLR-7 sub HLX. Would prefer if there is a way to cant if needed, and needs some break in or silicone spray, but extremely secure! Would recommend the Rapid Force Level II for anyone needing a training holster!
It’s too bulky with the claw attachment. The claw attachment will get caught on my pants when I tuck the holster in
The claw attachment on the Photon is optional and can be removed if you find that it adds too much bulk or catches on your clothing. You can use the holster without the claw if that setup is more comfortable for you.

I’m sorry to hear the setup feels too wobbly on your belt. I see that your order included the Rapid Force Level II Holster along with the Quick Disconnect System.
If the movement is coming from the mounting setup, you may prefer switching from the Quick Disconnect/Locking Belt Slide setup to a more static belt slide, which can provide a firmer connection with less movement.

It wasn’t as comfortable as I thought it would be. For ME a regular holster is more comfortable. ShapeShift actually makes it feel a lot bulkier and hotter.
I’m sorry to hear the ShapeShift 4.0 IWB Holster wasn’t as comfortable for you as you expected. Comfort can vary quite a bit depending on body type, carry position, and personal preference, and some Customers do prefer a more traditional holster with less material against the body.

Ok holster. Backer isn't big or comfortable enough thre holster digs in to my side really bad. not nearly as good or comfortable as the shapeshift holster. I would not recommend this holster not well thought out or comfortable at all way overpriced.
I’m sorry to hear the Photon EDC Pack has not been as comfortable for you as your ShapeShift setup. Comfort can vary quite a bit depending on carry position and body type, but we definitely understand how frustrating it is when a holster digs into your side or the backer does not provide the coverage you were expecting.

I love it!! I have both Level 2 and Level 3. I honestly love the level 2 a bit more due to the speed of unholstering! Love them both!!
