The classic Cloak Tuck offers a simple, convenient system for inside the waistband carry. It comes with a leather backer and a resilient shell molded to the make and model of your Colt. It's a great option that gets the job done without fanfare.
The award-winning Colt 1911 Marine Cloak Tuck 3.0 is an IWB hybrid holster made to be the most comfortable concealed carry equipment available. Its backer is made of four primary materials: a malleable neoprene that shapes to the body and wicks moisture from the holster, a layer of ballistic nylon for supreme strength and durability, a spring steel core for flexible support and a front layer of thermo elastomer for drag and retention.
The Cloak Tuck 3.0 has adjustable retention, cant and ride height.
Similar to the original Cloak Tuck, the Cloak Slide was constructed for utilitarian simplicity. Its functional design features a leather backer and a tough shell fitted to the contours of the Colt 1911 Marine 5 inch model. Like all Alien Gear holsters, its shell is swappable with other models. Therefore, if you buy a holster for a different handgun model, all you would need is an additional shell for the respective firearm.
The Colt 1911 Marine Cloak Mod is a modular OWB holster that is both a paddle holster and a belt slide holster. The open carrier may swap the paddle (which comes with a retention lip to ward against attackers disarming the gun owner) to the belt slide attachment.
Within the Cloak Mod backer, a thermo elastomer retention membrane enclose a flex steel plate.
There are IWB and OWB single and double mag carriers.
