The holster base is a multi-layer design, with modern materials for incredible comfort but also sufficient support for extended training sessions. The rear backing layer is CoolVent neoprene, a ventilated neoprene fabric that breathes against the skin and wicks away moisture. The edges are fully bound with soft nylon cloth for even more comfort.

The holster base is reinforced with layers of woven ballistic nylon and spring steel. These layers provide reinforcement, giving the holster a strong base, but still allow flexibility for a comfortable fit. The pistol has adequate support, but the holster still flexes to fit your shape.

The holster base is fitted with a custom-molded retention shell, made specifically for the Kimber Pepper Blaster II. This gives the pistol a secure fit, and ensures a smooth draw from the holster and reliable reholstering.
