5-Year Limited Warranty (Excluding Rapid Force and sewn products which carry a 3 year)
All Alien Gear Holsters products are warranted to be free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under regular use for five years from the original purchase date (excluding Rapid Force product lines and sewn parts, that will carry a three-year manufacturer warranty and will not include misuse or abuse). During this warranty period, we will repair or replace, at our option, any defective product or part. This warranty covers only the original purchaser of the product and is not transferable. You must provide proof of purchase to obtain warranty service and any photographic evidence that displays the issue.
This warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, abuse, improper installation, or unauthorized repair or modification. It also excludes incidental or consequential damages and does not apply to any third-party purchases made in-store or through the online marketplace.

For international customers, this warranty remains valid, but additional considerations apply:
- International shipping costs for warranty claims are the responsibility of the customer.
- Customs fees, duties, and taxes for international shipments are not covered under this warranty and must be paid by the customer.

I have a soft leather pocket holster for my G43x and wanted something with better retention and functionality. The Photon is a great choice. Having the flexibility to wear OWB/IWB/appendix provides multiple carry options not to mention it’s ambidextrous allowing both left and right draw hand functionality. The optional claw also improves concealability. This is an all around great holster. My only complaint is my own skinny body type makes wearing ridged holsters IWB/Appendix uncomfortable and overtime painful. No matter where I position it. I am considering 3d printing an attachment to screw on the inside and gluing a pad on it. If alien gear had an inner pad attachment it would be fabulous!
So ordered the x macro size holster. While the gun fits with tlr 7 sub 1913 rail; it’s super tight. The light rubs on the holster and is impossible to single hand re holster. I’ve tried tightening, loosening the screws, playing around with everything. While loosening the holster works the longest screws are still too short to make it trustworthy. Alien gear needs to work on their fitment I believe. Or send longer spacers and screws for those of us trying to mess with retention. I’ve had many holsters and this is the first issue I’ve had with alien gear or.

Holster is great, lots of versatility which is why I purchased. My only feedback is that the weapon mounted flashlight hangs up when holstering and has to be ‘forced’ into place. I loosened the tightness adjustment and that helped to some degree. Will probably take some sandpaper or a dremel to it to open it up a bit more.
