Q. I just purchased a Cloak Tuck 3.0. Can I upgrade to the 3.5?
A. Yes. If you’re within the 30-Day Test Drive, we’d be happy to upgrade you to the newer model. We just ask that you pay the difference between the holster (plus tax and shipping). Please reach out to our customer service team for more details.
Q. Why is the Cloak Tuck 3.0 only available for revolvers?
A. Since the new Cloak Tuck 3.5 is not yet capable of carrying revolvers, our team will continue to manufacture our 3.0 for revolvers.
Q. Can I replace my damaged Cloak Tuck 3.0?
A. If your Cloak Tuck 3.0 is damaged, please reach out to our helpful customer service team for more information. We’ll take care of you!
Q. Will my Iron-Clad Guarantee still apply to my discontinued Cloak Tuck 3.0 semi-automatic holster base?
A.You bet. Our team will still honor the Forever Warranty that came with your Cloak Tuck 3.0. For warranty replacements, please contact customer service for more details at (208) 215-2046 or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
