5-Year Limited Warranty (Excluding Rapid Force and sewn products which carry a 3 year)
All Alien Gear Holsters products are warranted to be free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under regular use for five years from the original purchase date (excluding Rapid Force product lines and sewn parts, that will carry a three-year manufacturer warranty and will not include misuse or abuse). During this warranty period, we will repair or replace, at our option, any defective product or part. This warranty covers only the original purchaser of the product and is not transferable. You must provide proof of purchase to obtain warranty service and any photographic evidence that displays the issue.
This warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, abuse, improper installation, or unauthorized repair or modification. It also excludes incidental or consequential damages and does not apply to any third-party purchases made in-store or through the online marketplace.

Implied Warranty

For international customers, this warranty remains valid, but additional considerations apply:
- International shipping costs for warranty claims are the responsibility of the customer.
- Customs fees, duties, and taxes for international shipments are not covered under this warranty and must be paid by the customer.
- Due to varying international regulations, some warranty services may be limited or unavailable in certain countries.

It is a very nice pack. I got it particularly for the IWB ,I wear a lot at the 5 o'clock position and it's great for all day use. I also like the quick release on one of the OWB holster options. I have a matching magazine holster as well...very handy.
after carrying each type for a while i wanted to share my honest review,
the OWB slide holster is out of this world, easily one of my favorites, the draw is smooth, retentions is peak, and it conceals very well for OWB CCW
The IWB 4.0 holdster is complete and utter garbage, the shell lock require the use of the jaws of life to remove to even mount the shell to it to start, and thhe retention is non existant if you want to be able to draw your firearm in this configuration, any retention immediatly locks the firearm in and renders it undrawable while is insane talk about not wanting to bet your life on something....
the paddle configuration with the full shell is a great range holster and is incredible comfy weither its on the belt loop or paddle lock.
the iwb appendic holster is very nice for those who enjoy this carry style.
Definitely good quality and comfortable to wear..... Have been trying to find out what works for me..... Only wish the directions were easier that came in the box. Had to go to good old YouTube for help assembling
A very nice kit, But a mag holder in the kit would have made it a great kit.
So, my only like oddity, does the sig sauger m18 version not come with the thumb retention? My box did not have one? Idk if not might want to put a note on the information page for the product.
