5-Year Limited Warranty (Excluding Rapid Force and sewn products which carry a 3 year)
All Alien Gear Holsters products are warranted to be free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under regular use for five years from the original purchase date (excluding Rapid Force product lines and sewn parts, that will carry a three-year manufacturer warranty and will not include misuse or abuse). During this warranty period, we will repair or replace, at our option, any defective product or part. This warranty covers only the original purchaser of the product and is not transferable. You must provide proof of purchase to obtain warranty service and any photographic evidence that displays the issue.
This warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, abuse, improper installation, or unauthorized repair or modification. It also excludes incidental or consequential damages and does not apply to any third-party purchases made in-store or through the online marketplace.

I absolutely love this holster. Came from a previous gen Safariland RDS 6832 that I was gifted by a friend, and I am far more confident in the retention of the Rapid Force over it. Also the two-step move to draw vs a three-step feels 10x better. Only minor gripe is unless I depress the hood button fast, it doesn't fully open. Not sure if the spring is a little weak or if it needs some WD-40 on the hinge.

Absolutely love the Level 3 holster. I shoot daily (2-3) a week. No im not made of money but with this holster you can’t not just wanna show off a bit.

I’ve run a lot of gear over the years, both in the military and now as a police officer, and the Alien Gear Rapid Force Level 3 Duty Holster is the best setup I’ve ever used. I went with the version that includes the RDS hood, so it’s ready for when I add optics later. Even without a red dot right now, it functions perfectly and doesn’t get in the way.
Retention is top-tier without sacrificing draw speed. The mechanics are intuitive and consistent. Once you build the muscle memory, the draw is clean and fast every time. That’s critical when seconds matter.
Comfort-wise, this holster is unmatched. I wear it through long shifts without any digging or rubbing. It feels secure, balanced, and doesn’t add bulk. It pairs up great with my Glock setup, even without the optic.
One of my favorite features is the QDS (Quick Detach System) paired with the locking belt slide. When I need to go into a jail or secure area, I can quickly and safely detach the entire holster from my belt without unholstering the firearm. It adds a layer of safety and convenience that most other holsters don’t offer. Same deal when I get home—I can take the holster off and store it securely with the weapon still locked in, which adds another layer of protection.
Bottom line: if you’re in law enforcement or military and need gear that performs under pressure, this holster gets it done. It’s built for real-world use and holds up without compromise.
