5-Year Limited Warranty (Excluding Rapid Force and sewn products which carry a 3 year)
All Alien Gear Holsters products are warranted to be free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under regular use for five years from the original purchase date (excluding Rapid Force product lines and sewn parts, that will carry a three-year manufacturer warranty and will not include misuse or abuse). During this warranty period, we will repair or replace, at our option, any defective product or part. This warranty covers only the original purchaser of the product and is not transferable. You must provide proof of purchase to obtain warranty service and any photographic evidence that displays the issue.
This warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, abuse, improper installation, or unauthorized repair or modification. It also excludes incidental or consequential damages and does not apply to any third-party purchases made in-store or through the online marketplace.

For international customers, this warranty remains valid, but additional considerations apply:
- International shipping costs for warranty claims are the responsibility of the customer.
- Customs fees, duties, and taxes for international shipments are not covered under this warranty and must be paid by the customer.
- Due to varying international regulations, some warranty services may be limited or unavailable in certain countries.
- Warranty claims for international orders may require additional processing time.
- Alien Gear Holsters reserves the right to offer alternative solutions for international warranty claims, such as refunds or store credit, in cases where shipping or regulatory issues prevent standard warranty fulfillment.

I bought this thinking I could where this like a typical OWB holster. It is too bulky and weird to do so. I ordered a paddle to make it all work. Little bummed being $125 invested into a very simple holster setup.
Wrong holster sent. I ordered the OWB version but they sent the IWB. This second holster was a correction/exchange to an previous order mistake. I decided to keep the IWB holster to avoid any more delay and disappointment. It took almost two weeks to get the first exchange. The IWB can be used OWB - just looks stupid with the belt over the shell.
Had no idea which holster to buy with so many to choose from. Bought one in Cabelas…. It was so-so. Bought one online… terrible. Called my buddy in Bakersfield (Rangemaster at S.O.). He immediately said they had tested a boatload and went with Alien Gear. I ordered it after speaking with a super nice fella. It arrived and I put it together (easy) and was immediately worried it was too loose… put it on my belt and the curvature of my waist tightened up the holster’s grip on the pistol. Great functional holster and very close to one’s hip. Over the yrs I’ve had a ton of different holsters and this is best designed one I’ve had. Gonna get another for my other handgun. The holster for the firearm fits perfectly with minor adjustments. Unfortunately it can not be said about the two magazines holder as I’ve turned it all the way way down and the 9mm magazines the single stack ones. Let me know if you need any more information… Thank you Jeff K.
Exactly what I wanted. OWB carry my Glock 43 with a t-shirt and it still be concealed….AND be comfortable.
Retention from the manufacturer was spot on (no light) but they send plenty of spacers to change it
