This is probably my 10th purchase from Aliens Gear holsters, can’t be beat for comfort, gun hold, or customer service. I have a unique situation, due to my failing health, be sure and check the attached picture of my walker.
Yeah it's past time to replace my Cloak Holster Base , the Shape Shift 4.0 IWB Holster have been my EDC holster for a few years, I've wore it out.
Got the 85 Cheetsh shell and a base for my 84BB. Fits perfectly.. No issues, no complaints. In fact the only complaint I have about Alien Gear is that, as a milsurp and old gun collector, I think they need to make Cloak and ShapShift shells for more surplus guns ;)
The holster works fine. The fit is a little off but it works good and it holds the pistol good so I’m fine with it.
The Holster doesn't quite fit me (I am a small person) quite as good as I thought it would and would like to maybe try another type of holster.

Fits well
I bought the first generation cloak tuck when they first came and have worn it almost daily finally needed to replace the backing and contacted your service team and they sent me a new one . Exceptional service
The holster was delivered in less than a week and fit my revolver perfectly.

This is a great product the complete IWB cloak holster is great and as you can see you can get the base when the old one breaks without having to get a complete setup, allso you can buy new shell for different pistol.
I picked up the Alien Gear hook & loop base and it worked exactly as expected. The adhesive is strong, the hook material is high quality, and it mates perfectly with the holster backing. Once installed, it holds securely without shifting or peeling, even with regular movement and daily use.
Installation was straightforward—just clean the surface properly and apply firm pressure. After setting, it feels very secure and dependable.
Overall, great build quality and does exactly what it’s designed to do. I’d definitely purchase again if I need another setup.

my base was a couple of years old, i was @ a red dot class & my instructor notice my base curling out due to my " fat roll "and recommended having it replaced to avoid rebolstering issues!! plus the metal was showing, you're customer service sent another one w/ in 2 business days!! no muss, no fuss!! you guys and gal's rock!!!! keep it up!!!

I have an original cloak iwb holster. Unfortunately the leather has started to deteriorate. So I got the new cloak 3.5 cloth and mesh holster. My first impression was great considering it has a smaller footprint but the mesh material is a lot rougher on my skin compared to the leather base.
I had an issue with my alien gear holster and they were super helpful. They identified the problem, shipped out the parts, and i had them in hand within a week even though they said it could be 2 weeks. Very pleased with the experience. Highly recommend them

These holsters are definitely some of the best in the market, highly recommended.
I pulled out a older holster with a leather base with the uncomfortable metal threaded inserts that stuck out and were very uncomfortable. They don't make that type any more. I was able to buy a newer holster base but use the older holster's gun's shell to make an all new comfortable holster. It was so comfortable the first day I wore the holster I forgot I had it on most of the time. This was a great upgrade.
This is my fourth or fifth purchase from Alien Gear. If found the holsters all to be made well, a very good value and they always arrive on time or before. Also, my one call to customer service, for a mistake that I made was handled beyond my expectations.
