Warranty

5-Year Limited Warranty (Excluding Rapid Force and sewn products which carry a 3 year)

All Alien Gear Holsters products are warranted to be free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under regular use for five years from the original purchase date (excluding Rapid Force product lines and sewn parts, that will carry a three-year manufacturer warranty and will not include misuse or abuse). During this warranty period, we will repair or replace, at our option, any defective product or part. This warranty covers only the original purchaser of the product and is not transferable. You must provide proof of purchase to obtain warranty service and any photographic evidence that displays the issue. 

This warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, abuse, improper installation, or unauthorized repair or modification. It also excludes incidental or consequential damages and does not apply to any third-party purchases made in-store or through the online marketplace.

  4. Warranty claims for international orders may require additional processing time.

After running the Alien Gear Rapid Force Level III Duty Holster on duty for several months, I can confidently say this is one of the best holsters I’ve ever used. From retention to draw speed, to overall durability and field performance—it checks all the boxes.

What immediately stands out is the build quality. This thing is built like a tank. The retention system is smooth and intuitive, giving you secure weapon retention without compromising on speed when it counts. The thumb release is natural and reliable under stress, even when gloved or operating in harsh weather.

I’ve worn it during long shifts, tactical callouts, and training days—it hasn’t failed me once. The low ride configuration I use offers great accessibility without sacrificing comfort, and it integrates well with my plate carrier and duty belt setup.

Alien Gear clearly put time into designing this holster with real-world use in mind. It’s compatible with weapon-mounted lights and optics, and the modularity gives it an edge over many competitors.

Bottom line: this is a fantastic piece of gear. Well worth the money spent. I would definitely purchase it again without hesitation. Solid work from Alien Gear.
