Replacement Hardware

I ordered a right hand holster and received a wedge for a left hand holster. I emailed asking for a way to get a right hand wedge and additional screws and nuts for the holster. Later I received an email asking what happened to which I replied I was sent a wedge for a left hand holster but need a right hand wedge. Then she asked for a picture of the wedge that was sent and I replied with the picture of the wedge. A few days later I received an email stating a replacement wedge was sent for free.

The following weed i received a package containing another left hand wedge. At this point I 3D printed a wedge to use and decided to not inquire about purchasing additional nuts and screws.

None of the items fit. I have the old leather back model and the hooks had no holes.

Works great and I I’d Like to thank customer service for suggesting them since I had problems with the regular clips

I purchased a holster and from the start screws weren't tightened properly and magazine holders were falling off. I was supporting this brand to the people who asked about my daily carry holster but I cannot continue to support this company. (and I regret pointing people in this direction) I recently had the magazine holder fall off and upon inspection of why it fell off a tiny nut fell out and WAS lost. The design on these magazine holders doesn't properly secure these mounting nuts inside. I discovered this in my inspection of the other magazine holder which I had to take off to find what part I was missing. A tiny nut... Just 1 tiny nut (not including the leather screw/button that have disappeared over time) and I reached out to their support team for help. They said no they don't offer any warranty on that product it's been discontinued NO HELP AT ALL. So incredibly frustrating as I wasn't able to use my holster for a few days because the dual magazine holder counter-balanced the weight of the glock. And the holster was REALLY uncomfortable to wear when not balanced right. I was shocked they couldn't help me at all with what amounts to 15 cents in screws and maybe a dollar in shipping. This is stupid capitalist behavior and cost them a customer and a few reviews. I now have to spread the word. I'm going to screen shot my email correspondence with their customer service. So people can see how they conduct their business. $1.50 cost you a customer and plenty of future purchases. AND I would have even paid for them had they provided me a reliable source for screws to buy. But they didn't, not until I told them I was disappointed. Then they pointed me to a link to buy screws. THE SCREWS THEY SAID THEY DIDN'T HAVE. These are liars and untrustworthy people. Better off taking your business elsewhere. The IRONY is that I am a nobody, but I just met 2 professional shooters because I was wearing this holster. Now I have to have a conversation with them about this experience. Sucks.

Awesome customer service

I lost the original **** that went to my Shapshift 4.0 IWB. Even though the **** I purchased was meant for the Photon Holster (I couldn't find the **** under the shapeshift hardware pack), the 8-32 x 5/8" Buttonhead **** fit nicely in my Shapeshift holster. Hope this helps anyone else in a similar situation. Other than that, fast shipping and great prices. Thank you Alien Gear.

received the replacement screws plus additional screws and spacers for future needs

Works great, shipped quickly. Used the IWB appendix clip to convert my shapeshift from OWB to IWB. Used the trigger guard from the OWB set up, removed the belt clip.

Parts worked as advertised.

Part was exactly what I needed and was covered under warranty. Friendly and knowledgeable customer service with fast shipping.

Parts needed to repair my leg strap were not in the original order which was probably due to my not explaining the problem right. I reached back out to customer service and with in a few days I had everything I needed to fix it. Great service

No matter what configuration I used, I could not make it fit. Probably not trying Alien gear anymore.

The hardware is great. The low rating is because it took so long to ship what should be parts that are constantly in stock.

I thought the hardware was all over the placeand mismatched quantities of certain sizes were ones and twos.I thought they would be matched sized for size.

Great holster. I love how they stand behind their product. Unfortunately my purchase was missing some of the parts for assembly, and I called and spoke to the rep. I had the missing parts as well as extra in the mailbox within.3 days. I will be purchasing another holster from them for my new glock and I am expecting the same service and awesome holster as well.

I managed to break a belt clip getting in the truck. The new toolless clips are an exact replacement and work great.

2nd order for clips and a picture of the clip would be helpful.wrong clips orderd again. With restocking charge and shipping why return.

When I called, I specifically asked for the screws that hold the leather belts together, and hold the magazine holders to the belt. It didn't have a single one of those screws in them.

It worked great. Just what I needed.
