The Cloak Shoulder Holster for P229 pistols gives you another concealed carry option with the P229. This holster fits those P229 models that aren't supported by the ShapeShift shell system, such as non-railed P229 pistols.
The Cloak Shoulder Holster employs our shoulder holster system, but is adapted for our Cloak series shell design. This way, far more pistols can be carried in this manner, should you desire an M11 shoulder holster.
The Cloak Shoulder holster has an articulating harness, so it wears in a natural position. The leather straps are padded with breathable neoprene for cushioning. You can also choose your desired color between black or brown leather.
Note the adjustable straps. No other shoulder holster has the same degree of adjustability as our design. This allows you to dial in the fit to an unprecedented degree, as well as adjust the ride height of the pistol. Take it higher up toward the armpit, or drop it lower down towards the belt.
Belt hooks help anchor the straps to your belt. This pulls the pistol a little closer to the body, carrying in a more stable fashion and making concealment a little easier than with many other shoulder holsters.
The magazine carrier base pad and holster base pads are also adjustable for cant angle, which allows you to set the holster to carry how you wish. You can use it as a classic horizontal or a vertical shoulder holster if so desired.
The holster base pad is joined by a custom-molded retention shell, made for unrailed models of the Sig P229. You can adjust the passive retention via the mounting hardware, and a thumb break strap is included for active retention, as are two magazine buckets to carry spare ammunition.
