5-Year Limited Warranty (Excluding Rapid Force and sewn products which carry a 3 year)
All Alien Gear Holsters products are warranted to be free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under regular use for five years from the original purchase date (excluding Rapid Force product lines and sewn parts, that will carry a three-year manufacturer warranty and will not include misuse or abuse). During this warranty period, we will repair or replace, at our option, any defective product or part. This warranty covers only the original purchaser of the product and is not transferable. You must provide proof of purchase to obtain warranty service and any photographic evidence that displays the issue.
This warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, abuse, improper installation, or unauthorized repair or modification. It also excludes incidental or consequential damages and does not apply to any third-party purchases made in-store or through the online marketplace.

Implied Warranty

For international customers, this warranty remains valid, but additional considerations apply:
- International shipping costs for warranty claims are the responsibility of the customer.
- Customs fees, duties, and taxes for international shipments are not covered under this warranty and must be paid by the customer.
- Due to varying international regulations, some warranty services may be limited or unavailable in certain countries.
- Warranty claims for international orders may require additional processing time.

I love my shapeshifter holsters for my Sig M17 and M18 . the only problem I have is I can not use a red dot on my guns with this set up . I am afraid I will have to drop Alien gear products all together to go with something that is more universal .

Love it!!!
This holster is exactly what I have been looking for its minimalist form allows use of my right front pocket instead of blocking it like most big bulky drop legs usually do. I also Got it at great Black Friday Price. It allowed me to finally upgrade from my Gen 1 Aliengear dropleg expansion. I did have to flip the quick release around to accommodate my Level 2 retention thumb release. Other then that small fixable issue, I have no other concerns. Quality thru and thru. Thank you Aliengear.
