Fits well and extremely well constructed.
Overall, its pretty bulky for the average wearer. Forget wearing with jeans if you want fo get into your front pocket.
Hard to find a holster for the sig p320 xcompact, much less an owb. Thankfully this holster is specific to the xcompact, and the retention on this holster is awesome, I didn't have to tighten anything.
Another fine Cloak product. A welcome addition to the line. Do not expect the OWB to have the concealment of the IWB Cloak, but it can be mounted quite close to the body with the included belt loop. The paddle attachment is quite effective, but can be a bit 'saggy'.
SPECIAL KUDOS for the cant adjustment to allow extra tilt fore and aft. Allows enough cant to enable cross-draw use, which can add to concealment.
For a bigger guy, the cloaked owb paddle holster is comfortable, and adjustable to my liking. I like how they give you adjustability. Most holster your set to one option, and then you live with it for a week or so. And you’re not happy because of how it feels in the car, or sitting. This is why I keep giving my business to Alien holsters. You get adjustment, and options. It’s not fixed like most other brands. If Alien keeps up this model of adjustable/options in all their products. They will be the best option/brand my opinion. Keep up the good work folks. Thanks!

Holster is a good holster, prints a little bit more than I was hoping for. Good for quick on and go. Still like my Cloak belt OWB for carry the best, bought the cloak shell for it so I can swap out with my M&P Shield. Both fit nicely.

Because an OWB holster sits outside the waistband, it may print more noticeably under clothing than an IWB option. It’s also great to hear the interchangeable Cloak Shell allows you to carry both firearms comfortably.

Great design, fits perfectly, and is very comfortable.
The holster is well built. However, it is really wide. The holster is for a smaller pistol and it is super wide and covers too much of my hip.

I would probably like this paddle holster since I'v e usually been very happy with this product. Unfortunately, I received a "cloak tuck" holster instead of the paddle holster I ordered. My order before this was short 2 items and one of the items I did receive was defective. They did correct the problems, but this is now 2 orders in a row that went wrong. I used to really brag about this product line, not sure I can anymore.

As expected
Great retention but far too bulky. There's way more plastic here then that which is needed to carry a Glock 26. This is the downside of a single backplate with many shells. The backplate/paddle are sized for a 1911 frame, even though the shell is fitted for an Ultra-Compact. They really, really, need to make 3 sizes. Ohh.. Customer Service told me that it was for open carry. No one buys a Cloak for open carry. Seriously?

Regarding the information you received from Customer Service, the Cloak OWB Paddle Holster is an Outside-the-Waistband holster and is designed accordingly. The Cloak platform uses a supportive backing system that accommodates multiple firearm-specific shells, which can result in a larger overall footprint than some firearm-specific OWB holster designs.
If concealment and a smaller profile are your primary considerations, an IWB holster would generally be a better option than the OWB Paddle configuration you purchased.

it was nothing like I thought , it's big ,sticks out way to far to be used as a conseal carry for me so much for cloak

I've used various OWB holsters for several years; the Cloak holster is definitely one of the better ones in the market. The retention is good and the 17° cant adjustment (both forward and backward) makes it easier to draw. I definitely recommend it for on and off duty use.
