About 50% of the time it gets stuck in the holster. I've adjusted the retention as loose as possible and for some reason it's still just get stuck. I'm not a big dude 170 lb 5 ft 9. I made sure my belt buckle wasn't too tight restricting it. Just gets stuck. Also this black crap keeps getting all over the gun. Am I doing something wrong here?
This holster has been the best I've had. I've had tier 1 and Vedder amongst numerous others. This is the one, alien gear is the best. Truly amazed at how comfortable it is.
I never thought I’d be able to appendix carry the Taurus raging hunter but the cloak tuck 3.0 makes a surprisingly comfortable carry I would definitely recommend this holster for any pistol big or small
Fits great, the hold is something i cant explain i can take the holster off with a 357/model 66 old model pure steel and shake it upside down, it holds as advertised, but once i place my hand on the grip it releases with minimal effort truly amazing product, and fits great very comfortable cant wait to get another one for my other Pew's

Cloak tuk 3.0 is advertised as being good for Ruger GP-100, but my Security Six revolver fits beautifully. I highly recommend this holster for the bigger, heavy magnum pistols. It's perfect for concealed carrying, even the big magnum in summer clothes. Still need a good belt, of course. I love this holster! Thank you so very much.
The holster just arrived, fits my king cobra, the neoprene backing is ver comfortable and most importantly it retains well, given im a fairly big guy but it is barely noticeable if at all, so far i would get it again
Perfect fit.
This is an update for the same one I bought 5 years ago in leather - the leather one still works perfectly but the leather itself has worn a bit - the new one is the same with the updated backing material and I really like it. Not easy to find this quality for a revolver these days.
Quality was excellent just as I expected.
I ordered this holster for my colt night cobra and it fits well and the holster itself is very comfortable to wear all day. Highly recommended if you carry a revolver such as the colt night cobra.
This is my third holster from alien gear. I can wear it all day without knowing its there and the construction is spot on no flaws. I also have had conversations with customer service andI tell you they are themost friendly people youll ever talk to i am a customer for life

The holster itself is comfortable, but the fitment doesn't seem to be right for my Ruger Redhawk 44mag 4.2". This, despite the model of holster matching it exactly, at least by name. It's a struggle to unholster and reholster even when I have loosened and replaced the shorter standoffs with the bigger ones.
I was super happy with my holster. I appendix carry a revolver amd i wear an arrowhead tactical hoody with a pass through port. Nothing makes me feel more safe than ALWAYS having mt hand on my gun and no one can see
Delivery was very good. The product itself was okay. After several attempts to adjust the screws it's still difficult to cleanly draw from the holster. It is comfortable to wear
It would be nice if the molding for the holster was higher on the top of the revolver and around the cylinder. My pants are over the top of the molding on all but the highest holster settings which makes drawing the firearm difficult because my pants get stuck on the cylinder of the revolver at times. Im also not a huge fan of the belt clips. Ill be purchasing a set of steel belt clips. Other than that it is a decent holster
The holster was exactly what I was hoping for I had to modify mine for a six inch barrel as you did not offer the holster for a six inch barrel gun but it was easy and the rest of the fit was perfect
Way to big and bulky.
Works well for my SW Model 19 Carry Comp. I have a 3in barrel, but I can't find a good holster with a 3in barrel, this one works with some extra room.
This holster is badass I forget that there is anything there even with the almost 4lb ruger super red hawk Alaskan 44mag. It’s extremely comfortable and for the price you really can’t beat it. Very well made and quite adjustable. Would buy again and again and also would definitely recommend.

Fits the Taurus 605 great!
Materials: good, though too grippy on the cylinder. Fix: strip of moleskin or KT Tape where cylinder makes contact with soft material. Soft material is comfortable against hip
Adjustability: decent, though the middle and high positions make appendix carry impossible when trying to bend forward at the waist. Lowest setting sits just low enough that getting a hold of the grip is difficult.
Clips work as intended, and the cant is really good on all positions for righties. Retention is good with all spacers, as well.
Overall, I probably just need more break-in time, and to fiddle with adjusting hook positions, but I'll be keeping this holster. The Kydex alone makes it safer than my 100% cloth holster.
I've been carrying Alien Holsters for ten years now, and I wouldn't buy any other holster.
I have used this for my GP 100 and it works like a tank. The only problem I have encountered it that one of the belt clasps had a tendency of getting unscrewed no matter how tight I had it. I applied blue loctite and never had this problem again. Highly recommend due to comfort, concealability, and durability.
Couldn't find a holster for my charter arms "double dog" revolver, turns out the ruger sp101 alien gear holster fits my Charter perfectly. Super comfortable and tucks great.
