Built with ultimate security in mind, the Locking Belt Slide ensures your Rapid Force holster cannot be removed from your belt no matter how much force is applied to the holster. Simply snap the Locking Belt Slide over your 1.5” to 2.25” belt and insert your Rapid Force holster with QDS Attachment into the QDS Receiver on the Locking Belt Slide to lock everything in place. Once inserted, the Locking Belt Slide cannot be opened unless the QDS Attachment and holster are removed.

5-Year Limited Warranty (Excluding Rapid Force and sewn products which carry a 3 year)
All Alien Gear Holsters products are warranted to be free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under regular use for five years from the original purchase date (excluding Rapid Force product lines and sewn parts, that will carry a three-year manufacturer warranty and will not include misuse or abuse). During this warranty period, we will repair or replace, at our option, any defective product or part. This warranty covers only the original purchaser of the product and is not transferable. You must provide proof of purchase to obtain warranty service and any photographic evidence that displays the issue.
This warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, abuse, improper installation, or unauthorized repair or modification. It also excludes incidental or consequential damages and does not apply to any third-party purchases made in-store or through the online marketplace.

One of the fastest holsters I’ve ever used. I love the feel and the way it can be adjusted to each individual. I did buy a bladetech tek mount for my holster which adds more adjustability. I recommend the holster to anyone and everyone

Stellar product all the way around just wish there was a way to adjust ride height.

Recently changed from a uniform clothes position at work to a plane clothes position. Since I work second shift mostly, I purchased the Rapid Force Duty Holster Level II Retention with large flashlight and the Rapid Force Locking Belt Slide. This review is limited to the locking belt slide.
Pros: quality construction, smaller than expected width (conserving space on my belt), adjustable for belt width (I wear a standard dress belt about 1.5 inches creating some gaps and allowing for movement), optional spacer insert (allows option to keep weapon closer to person for retention, if preferred), provided screws have remained secured after several weeks use, once holster is attached the two pieces have felt very secured.
Cons: 1) The springs/mechanisms on the belt slide that retain/release the holster requires inconsistent pressure and has remained a difficulty. This is a significant area of improvement that needs to be addressed! When I have to secure my weapon in lock boxes to enter courts, jails, pat-down rooms, the safest way to handle the weapon is to the release the holster from the locking belt slide with the weapon remaining in the holster.
The locking belt slides ability to release the holster from the locking belt slide has been frustrating. The pressure required to engage the mechanisms to release the holster is not consistent. One of the two mechanisms feels as though it has little to movement to no movement, as if the spring is constantly compressed, requiring a lot of leverage. The other mechanism feels loose moving up and down requiring me to manipulate the pinch point to find and feel the locking mechanism before I can get the holster to release from the locking belt slide. It was my hope there may be a breaking in period but this has not improved over the past few weeks. This has resulted in me having to take a pretty severe angle around the base of the holster nearly flagging myself to get the holster to release, especially with the mounted light. When compared to a competitors locking system I had high hopes for this product and hope I may have just received a the bad apple (less than ideal) in the batch.
2) The hinge on the top of the sliding lock belt was loose and wobbled upon delivery. Once locked into place on the belt and the holder is inserted I can still feel the wobble at the top hinge. The wobble is enough to create an audible sound when sound walking/running.
Happy to try another belt slide if Alien Gear Holsters is willing to to send a replacement.
