Received the screws (only 2), and they are both the incorrect length and incorrect diameter. I have no idea what size/length you sent.
The user manual for the Rapid Force holster clearly shows 3x screws and has their size as: 10-32 x 0.375”

I like your holsters a lot they look very, very tactical and very, very durable. Why can you not make me a right handed Kydex level three or two for duty? I’m a motor officer. I wore it on the right side as a drop, but I would prefer to carry your holster instead it has a crimson trace light attached to itis. Is there any holsters there that you have then can accommodate the burn up LE it would really really help me out a lot. Bryna LE

I ordered the extra hood buttons because I wanted to modify the existing one using plastic welder and still have an unmodified one in case I messed up. (in which I didn't mess up)
I'm also very glad it came with extra mounting screws because I stripped out the heads on two original ones. Very happy with my order.

Holster arrived super quick. Had an issue with one part missing which they fixed right away.
I bought the rapid force holster and some of the ****/bolts came out. Just so happens it wasn't the many replacement screws you already get when you purchased the holster which is great in of itself. I emailed alien gear to purchase the screws and they sent them for free. Btw this holster will be the only holster I ever use. Much better then the safari land.
The ODS system is a must have! I tried to get away without using it, at first, but now I can’t tell you happy I am to have it. Click on the duty belt /click off/ then on locking belt slide and roll out! Also Tom have me a great tip for the locking belt slide, put some Velcro on the inside of area around your belt and it prevents any movement on your belt! If I can help anyone who maybe on the fence about the QDS? Get it! Period!

Had a screw back out on my swivel drop leg holster and the screw disappeared into oblivion. Contacted Alien Gear, sent a picture of missing part(s) and they shipped me replacement parts the next day, no questions asked!

Bought the original Rapid Force Level III holster, but upgraded my optic to the Aimpoint ACRO. The original optics hood was useless. Then I found out Alien Gear had gone through two upgrades to the optics hood with the latest being able to accommodate the blocked shape of the ACRO. Ordered one, installed it, and now I'm carrying the best level III holster on the market again! Thanks, Alien Gear!
