5-Year Limited Warranty (Excluding Rapid Force and sewn products which carry a 3 year)
All Alien Gear Holsters products are warranted to be free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under regular use for five years from the original purchase date (excluding Rapid Force product lines and sewn parts, that will carry a three-year manufacturer warranty and will not include misuse or abuse). During this warranty period, we will repair or replace, at our option, any defective product or part. This warranty covers only the original purchaser of the product and is not transferable. You must provide proof of purchase to obtain warranty service and any photographic evidence that displays the issue.
This warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, abuse, improper installation, or unauthorized repair or modification. It also excludes incidental or consequential damages and does not apply to any third-party purchases made in-store or through the online marketplace.

The longest attachment still doesn't allow the gun to sit low enough on my thigh to fit comfortably. it could use at least another 2 inches longer attachment. I don't wear my belt on my hip, I wear it at my waist where my pants sit. currently to make the design work, I have to wear an additional belt diagonally from my right waist to my left hip. the whole point of a thigh holster is to streamline draw and make it more comfortable to wear.
I would love a design that allows my gun to sit closer to my thigh. it feels very bulky and sticks out almost an inch away from my thigh. I would rather give up the adjustability of the gun angle for a closer and less bulky fit.
It also feels like a right handed design that was only barely modified for a left handed shooter. all the push buttons to attach and release the holster are on the wrong side. but it works.
This holster is fantastic but it's got a few draw backs... you can't run an optic with this holster which was cause for me to send it back and request an exchange for another model they sell, otherwise this holster would have been perfect. The fit and finish is solid and plenty of room to customize it to your fit and liking
