5-Year Limited Warranty (Excluding Rapid Force and sewn products which carry a 3 year)
All Alien Gear Holsters products are warranted to be free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under regular use for five years from the original purchase date (excluding Rapid Force product lines and sewn parts, that will carry a three-year manufacturer warranty and will not include misuse or abuse). During this warranty period, we will repair or replace, at our option, any defective product or part. This warranty covers only the original purchaser of the product and is not transferable. You must provide proof of purchase to obtain warranty service and any photographic evidence that displays the issue.
This warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, abuse, improper installation, or unauthorized repair or modification. It also excludes incidental or consequential damages and does not apply to any third-party purchases made in-store or through the online marketplace.

I have been using AG holsters for a long time. I wanted something different and I figured why not? Boy oh boy I am not disappointment. Amazing holster easy to assemble and adjust. I would say one thing not a great fit with jeans but that day I had no clean Khakis so I was like well jeans it is. Of course you must know like all new things you have to make sure you practice your skills from this draw position. Well worth it I love my holster so much!!!
I loved this holster and really wanted to keep it. I have purchased the duty slim drop leg for my p365 and loved it. I wanted one for my beretta m9 but that gun wasn't available in the duty slim, but it was available for the shapeshift so i ordered one. I loved everything about it expect the button release. It did not consistently release the gun unless pressed a very specific way, which i practiced but could not get it to release on the first press like the duty slim holster does. I called customer service and they immediately sent out a new button but unfortunately that did not solve the problem and i sadly ended up returning this holster. I am hoping that they update the level 2 retention button on the shapeshift holster so i can reorder this holster or start making more guns for the duty slim leg drop holster.

I don't have any other thigh holsters to compare this too, but I don't think I need to. It's a comfortable holster. I love the different length bars to make the adjustments so that my gun is easily within reach (instead of having to reach down to my knee). The strap combined with the rubber behind the paddle keeps the holster in place and not flopping around while walking. I am fast becoming a fan of Alien Gear holsters.
