Our standard shipping time within the continental United States is 4-8 business days. We offer expedited shipping with FedEx 2nd Day Air. The standard build times still apply.

5-Year Limited Warranty (Excluding Rapid Force and sewn products which carry a 3 year)

All Alien Gear Holsters products are warranted to be free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under regular use for five years from the original purchase date (excluding Rapid Force product lines and sewn parts, that will carry a three-year manufacturer warranty and will not include misuse or abuse). During this warranty period, we will repair or replace, at our option, any defective product or part. This warranty covers only the original purchaser of the product and is not transferable. You must provide proof of purchase to obtain warranty service and any photographic evidence that displays the issue. Alien Gear Holsters reserves the right to offer alternative solutions for warranty claims.

This warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, abuse, improper installation, or unauthorized repair or modification. It also excludes incidental or consequential damages.

For international customers, this warranty remains the same as above, but additional considerations apply.  International shipping cost are the responsibility of the customer. Customs, duties and other fees are not covered under this warranty. Some warranty services may be limited or unavailable in certain countries.

International Shipping and Warranty

This warranty covers only the original purchaser of the product and is not transferable. You must provide proof of purchase to obtain warranty service and any photographic evidence that displays the claimed defect. This warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, abuse, improper installation, or unauthorized repair or modification. This warranty excludes incidental or consequential damages. This warranty is not applicable to any third-party purchases made in-store or through the online marketplace.

For international customers, this warranty remains valid, but additional considerations apply:

1. International shipping costs for warranty claims are the responsibility of the customer.
2. Customs fees, duties, and taxes for international shipments are not covered under this warranty and must be paid by the customer.
3. Due to varying international regulations, some warranty services may be limited or unavailable in certain countries.
4. Warranty claims for international orders may require additional processing time.
5. Alien Gear Holsters reserves the right to offer alternative solutions for international warranty claims, such as refunds or store credit, in cases where shipping or regulatory issues prevent standard warranty fulfillment.

Implied Warranty

This limited warranty is in lieu of all other express warranties. ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE LIMITED TO THE DURATION OF THIS WARRANTY.
