Structural Changes Between The Cloak Tuck 3.0 And 3.5 IWB Holsters
The boltaron shell from the Cloak Tuck 3.0 is a thick, durable thermoplastic sheet heated and pressed to the shape of specific handgun models.
It attaches to a layered backer at four points, each of which can be tuned tighter or looser for varying levels of passive retention at each individual point.
This backer differs structurally with a new CoolVent Neoprene that is perforated to disperse heat and wick sweat away from the holster better than the Cloak Tuck 3.0 neoprene.
Like the 3.0, the 3.5 also has a layer of ballistic nylon, spring steel and a textured thermoplastic elastomer surface.
However, that front surface has been reconfigured for better grip. And, as requested by many customers, it is edge bound with a durable textile to prevent any fraying or damage to the outer edge.

Functional Changes Between The Cloak Tuck 3.0 And 3.5 IWB Holsters
Functionally, the Cloak Tuck 3.5 IWB Holster repairs some of the shortcomings of the Cloak Tuck 3.0.
Previously in the 3.0, the clips came with screws that, unless secured by Loctite, would back out over time if the holster wasn't routinely maintained by the user.
The 3.5 clips are tool-less like the ShapeShift 4.0 IWB Holster clips. To raise, lower or swap them out with other clip styles, they need only be turned 180 degrees and pulled outward.
This simplifies the process of adjusting cant and ride height, while also eliminating the ability for screws to back out.
