I like the holster. Fits my Glock 19 great. Have to unscrew the screws quite a bit to fit my PSA dagger.
Now that I have the belt clip part, can I just buy the part that goes to the gun?
Love the flexibility and it’s well made. It works well with all my belts. I only gave it 4 stares because I wish there was a way to adjust the length from hip to leg strap.

There is some adjustment available for the distance between the hip and leg strap by using the different sized leg bars included with the product. If you need help getting that adjusted, please reach out to our Customer Service team and we’ll be happy to walk you through it.
Fit and finish is perfect, got mine for a g19x and i got a rmr and tlr-sub and works amazing. Draw is ergonomic and intuitive.
I like the holster overall. I have arthritic hands and find that the clips installed are difficult to manipulate. I would have preferred to have the metal clips that have a less aggressive hook on them.I could find no such clips on your website.

It's good quality, and pretty comfy. I wear it with shorts that don't have belt loops to accommodate a regular belt. Carries G 48 fine and I use the AG slim holster which pairs perfect with the belt.
The holster seems sturdy. I like the modularity as with most Aliengear products. The only complaint so far is that the magazine release is exposed making it a less than ideal option if used in a duty manner.

The holster and the attachments appears to be durable and well made. However, the packaging contained no paperwork or instructions, some attachments appear to be for right handed only. The product has great potential could have been rated higher with better packaging.

Photon Holsters do have adjustable Level I retention, and the hardware/tool included with the package allows the Customer to adjust the retention to their preferred level.

Perfect fit, the only thing I was disappointed about, i didn’t receive the original black molding of gun.
Alien Gear decided to change their "Forever Warranty" on the product I purchased to a "Limited Warranty". While they did send me the part for free "as a courtesy", they did charge me shipping to have the part delivered. So I paid $5 to ship a $0.35 piece of plastic. Okay, I guess their "Forever Warranty" didn't cover shipping for their products. But my belief is, a "Forever Warranty" is FOREVER, not just as long as you want to warranty the product. They said that they did this to be more in line with other manufacturers warranty policies, but this is not true...do a little research. They did this because they thought people wouldn't look elsewhere. So, do with this what you will, but I will no longer be purchasing their products.

I appreciate your attempt to spin the review, but you don't get to change the narrative after the fact. I didn't "misunderstand" anything, I was told by your employee that this was a "one-time" courtesy replacement and your company would no longer honor the "Forever Warranty" moving forward Specifically the items that were previously covered for wear and tear, not just manufacturing defects. I was not told that the products purchased prior to November 2024 would continue to be a forever warranty, this could have altered my opinion slightly. Now, is this a case of poor employee training, or an intentional attempt to make it sure people don't continue to come back for warranty claims, not sure. But I DID NOT misunderstand anything, your employee was very clear.
We wanted to take a moment to clarify our warranty process, as we do understand where you are coming from.
Alien Gear Holsters will continue to honor legacy warranties for products purchased under the original warranty terms. The newer Limited Warranty applies only to products purchased after November 2024 and does not change the warranty coverage for legacy purchases.
Under the original legacy warranty, broken parts or products were required to be returned to us so they could be reviewed and repaired or replaced as needed. The Customer was responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us. In many cases, we have chosen to waive the return requirement and send replacement parts as a courtesy, which helps avoid the Customer having to send the broken part in first.
While the replacement part itself was provided at no charge, shipping is not covered under the warranty. The $5 charge was for the cost of shipping the replacement part, not for the part itself.
We truly appreciate the opportunity to clarify this and are sorry to hear that this experience has changed your view of our company. We do value our legacy Customers and will continue to honor eligible warranty requests under the warranty terms that applied at the time of purchase.

We do apologize for the original reply and any confusion it caused. We were recently provided updated guidance regarding how legacy warranty requests should be handled, and we understand that the information you were originally given did not fully explain that process.
To clarify, eligible products purchased under the original warranty terms are still reviewed under the legacy warranty process. Products purchased after the warranty change are covered under the current Limited Warranty.
The “one-time courtesy” referenced was not intended to mean that all legacy warranty coverage no longer applies. It was referring to the courtesy of sending the replacement part without requiring the original broken part to be returned to us first. Under the original warranty process, the product or broken part was required to be sent back for review, repair, or replacement.
The replacement part itself was provided at no charge. The $5 charge was for shipping, as shipping costs are not covered under the warranty.
We apologize again for the confusion and appreciate the opportunity to clarify.
