5-Year Limited Warranty (Excluding Rapid Force and sewn products which carry a 3 year)
All Alien Gear Holsters products are warranted to be free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under regular use for five years from the original purchase date (excluding Rapid Force product lines and sewn parts, that will carry a three-year manufacturer warranty and will not include misuse or abuse). During this warranty period, we will repair or replace, at our option, any defective product or part. This warranty covers only the original purchaser of the product and is not transferable. You must provide proof of purchase to obtain warranty service and any photographic evidence that displays the issue.
This warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, abuse, improper installation, or unauthorized repair or modification. It also excludes incidental or consequential damages and does not apply to any third-party purchases made in-store or through the online marketplace.

Implied Warranty

For international customers, this warranty remains valid, but additional considerations apply:
- International shipping costs for warranty claims are the responsibility of the customer.
- Customs fees, duties, and taxes for international shipments are not covered under this warranty and must be paid by the customer.
- Due to varying international regulations, some warranty services may be limited or unavailable in certain countries.
- Warranty claims for international orders may require additional processing time.

This is not easy to reholster like a Kydex holster or a holster that holds form. It is comfortable, but I have only worn it a few times. This holster certainly has its use, which is to be concealed and unused all day (which are many situations). However, if you were expecting to quickly take it off and put it back on (when getting in and out of the car for example), this holster will need to stay on. Depending on its position on your waist, you can certainly sit with it, but for longer rides, you probably choose to remove it and put it back on when you get out of the car. In that case, you will have to unbuckle. If you are looking for a quick and easy attach and adjust on the fly, this will not work for that.
Great holster, perfect fit for the M9, I own an OWB that I also use, but for 905% of the time I conceal Carry I’m using the ShapeShift 4.0 IWB Holster. Great product!
It's a nice holster don't get me wrong BUT unable to use since my gun has a site on it. Doesn't fit in the holster and missing a item in my order. Sent message to the company in order to correct this issue. Other than that, it's a nice holster
After opening it and playing with it for a bit I was worried a bit on retention but after I put it on and got my belt on it was great. I’m a bigger guy so I was really looking for something that fit well and wasn’t uncomfortable as soon as I put it on I went for a drive and then set in my chair and actually took a little nap. This was my first IWB holster and it’s awesome. I also got it half off on your Black Friday sale. I think this holster is 5 star all the way around. Top notch. Good work Alien Gear.
