The Alien Gear paddle attachment is contoured for comfortable carry when inserted over the waistband. A retention lip is also included for additional security. Some people alternately will thread the paddle attachment over their belt.

Passive retention and cant angle are also adjustable. You can have a cant angle of 15 degrees to forward or to the rear, and dial in the passive retention to precisely the desired setting you desire. The included Parts Pack will let you dial in the fitment even further.

Don't worry about carrying with passive retention only. The surface of the holster under the retention shell includes a trigger guard retention bump, providing additional passive hold. The holster itself also includes a spring steel flex plate, which you'll feel working when you insert your pistol into the holster.

But the features don't end there. The Cloak Mod S&W M&P Compact M2.0 3.6 Paddle Holster is also compatible with additional Alien Gear Holsters accessories, though some require purchase of an adapter.
