The ShapeShift Taurus PT709 Slim Belt Slide OWB Holster is designed with concealed carry in mind...but also open carry, if you want. This holster is a high-riding belt slider that is able to easily conceal under a minimal number of layers, but can be worn for open carry if called for.
For those days when you mostly don't care about concealment, but may have to, this holster is perfect. You can cover with minimal layers if needs be - many users report being able to with as little as an untucked shirt or unbuttoned overshirt.
So many other OWB holsters either require more layers than one is always willing to wear or make concealment too impractical to consider. Typically, this will be due to the holsters' belt attachment design.
Successful concealment outside the waistband requires the pistol to ride high on the belt, as high as possible. This is so the muzzle end of the holster doesn't protrude too far down to be covered up by, say, an untucked button-up shirt or light jacket.
Many also ride too far out from the body to be easily concealed, producing the tell-tale bulge of the pistol and holster. This is because the belt clips ride behind the holster.
