5-Year Limited Warranty (Excluding Rapid Force and sewn products which carry a 3 year)
All Alien Gear Holsters products are warranted to be free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under regular use for five years from the original purchase date (excluding Rapid Force product lines and sewn parts, that will carry a three-year manufacturer warranty and will not include misuse or abuse). During this warranty period, we will repair or replace, at our option, any defective product or part. This warranty covers only the original purchaser of the product and is not transferable. You must provide proof of purchase to obtain warranty service and any photographic evidence that displays the issue.
This warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, abuse, improper installation, or unauthorized repair or modification. It also excludes incidental or consequential damages and does not apply to any third-party purchases made in-store or through the online marketplace.

Implied Warranty

This warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, abuse, improper installation, or unauthorized repair or modification. This warranty excludes incidental or consequential damages. This warranty is not applicable to any third-party purchases made in-store or through the online marketplace.
For international customers, this warranty remains valid, but additional considerations apply:
- International shipping costs for warranty claims are the responsibility of the customer.
- Customs fees, duties, and taxes for international shipments are not covered under this warranty and must be paid by the customer.
- Due to varying international regulations, some warranty services may be limited or unavailable in certain countries.
- Warranty claims for international orders may require additional processing time.
- Alien Gear Holsters reserves the right to offer alternative solutions for international warranty claims, such as refunds or store credit, in cases where shipping or regulatory issues prevent standard warranty fulfillment.

This is my second holster purchase. The holsters fit perfectly. The holster was to be used in a specific bag and i couldn't get the order straight online, my issue not theirs. So i called them. Not only did they help me , they even went to the web site of the bag i wanted to use it with to be sure of my order! Great people and great product.
The holsters are exactly what we were looking for
I tried using the different spacers, but this holster just did not hold my sidearm well (I have a S&W shield plus). This holster just felt like it held my gun with pure friction, and I used it in a backpack. Very often I would open my backpack and my gun would not be in the holster. It might be the gun since most Shield Plus holsters are just the original Shield holsters being reused. But it just didn't work well for me.
use this to hold a SIG MK25 in the hidden pouch in my daily carry bag
Great concept, but not designed to accommodate optics.
