5-Year Limited Warranty (Excluding Rapid Force and sewn products which carry a 3 year)
All Alien Gear Holsters products are warranted to be free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under regular use for five years from the original purchase date (excluding Rapid Force product lines and sewn parts, that will carry a three-year manufacturer warranty and will not include misuse or abuse). During this warranty period, we will repair or replace, at our option, any defective product or part. This warranty covers only the original purchaser of the product and is not transferable. You must provide proof of purchase to obtain warranty service and any photographic evidence that displays the issue.
This warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, abuse, improper installation, or unauthorized repair or modification. It also excludes incidental or consequential damages and does not apply to any third-party purchases made in-store or through the online marketplace.

During this warranty period, we will repair or replace, at our option, any defective product or part at no charge to you. This warranty covers only the original purchaser of the product and is not transferable. You must provide proof of purchase to obtain warranty service and any photographic evidence that displays the claimed defect. This warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, abuse, improper installation, or unauthorized repair or modification. This warranty excludes incidental or consequential damages. This warranty is not applicable to any third-party purchases made in-store or through the online marketplace.
For international customers, this warranty remains valid, but additional considerations apply:
- International shipping costs for warranty claims are the responsibility of the customer.
- Customs fees, duties, and taxes for international shipments are not covered under this warranty and must be paid by the customer.
- Due to varying international regulations, some warranty services may be limited or unavailable in certain countries.
- Warranty claims for international orders may require additional processing time.

This is a great storage box.
Don't have to worry about batteries working loose or going dead.
For me the springs could be a little bit weaker but it works and opens well.
It has replaced a more expensive electronic box for handgun storage in my car.
Great case for quick storage

Its ok. Confusing to use and to change out finger combo
Wanted to support our local suppliers for the firearm industry and to have an AlienGear Holster branded stop box pro.
PROs: protection, style, efficiency
CONS: learning finger codes, does not come with secure cable (need to purchase this separately from stopboxusa.com for 25 beans plus shipping cost) which adds to the cost of the original purchase :( opening box then suddenly it locks in place which you have to watch the tutorial from stopboxusa to fix this issue.
For the total price I'm not impressed but do see the need for it.
